Holiday Update 2023

Unwrapping presents under the tree can be a special moment for any childhood, and Roo & You wants to help make that happen. We are temporarily changing our unboxing policy this holiday season to help your family have those magical unboxing moments.

Any purchase made on or after OCT 24, 2023 can remain in the box until DEC 25th, 2023. Please note our licensed (collaboration) products and The Pouch are not included in this.
Any issues related to manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of DEC 25th, 2023.
Warranty Coverage begins on the date of delivery.
Customers must read the labels on their boxes when they arrive and make sure they are correct. Mis-picks (incorrect item being sent) must still be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can fix the problem!
Customers must keep their boxed products in a dry, climate controlled environment to ensure product integrity (no sheds, damp garages etc.)

To set the stage for some fun and ensure your Joey & Add-ons are looking their finest, we suggest unboxing them a few days before the big gift moment.
